Aging Workforce/Population Research Project

   By working with industry, community partners and older employees the WDB's Aging Workforce Committee is conducting research to determine the factors that will be of assistance in maintaining the contributions of older workers to the labour force within local sectors. Other research will explore the meaning of aging, the values & meaning of work, the costs & contributions of care giving, and the definition of retirement.

How is an aging workforce affecting you or your organization?  What strategies have you used in your workplace to accommodate/retain older workers?
