   The WDB has heard on multiple occasions that our region is facing a skills shortage in regards to some skilled trades and healthcare careers.

Do you think we are already in the middle of a shortage or is it yet to come?

Are there other sectors in the WDB region that you think are/will be facing skills shortages?
